Mark Redman

Mark joined OMERS Private Equity - which manages C$10bn of Canadian pension fund OMERS’ C$85bn of net assets - as Head of Europe in 2009. Since establishing the London office, Mark led the development of a direct investment capacity for Private Equity in Europe; successfully completing six transactions including V.Group ($520m), Lifeways (£207m), Civica (£390m), Vue (£1bn) and ERM ($1.7bn).  Mark is currently a board member of V. Group (ship management), ERM (environmental consultancy) and Vue (cinema operator).  In 2015, Mark took on the role of Global Head of Private Equity for OMERS.

Before OMERS, Mark spent more than 12 years at FTSE-100 private equity firm 3i. Following 4 years in Watford and London, he spent 7 years helping develop 3i's new Amsterdam office, subsequently developing 3i’s market entry strategy for Turkey.  Prior to this, Mark worked at Grant Thornton in London for seven years.

Mark is also Chairman of LCO, the UK’s oldest professional chamber orchestra, whose patron is Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.  He is also a member of the Investment Committee of St Anne’s College, Oxford University.

Mark has an MA in Modern History from St Anne’s College, Oxford University and is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

John Knowlton

John Knowlton

John is currently Executive Vice President, Legal, responsible for leading the OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity legal teams. John started at OMERS Infrastructure in 2005.

John is active with several investments and is, or has been, on the board of numerous investments, including LifeLabs, DynaLife and Teranet. Prior to this, John was senior legal counsel at Bombardier Transportation, where he advised on the pursuit of new transit projects around the globe, including Greece, South Korea, the U.K., Canada and the U.S. John began his career at Torys LLP.

John holds an Honours BA (Economics) from University of Western Ontario, and an MBA and LL.B. from University of Ottawa.

John's Executive Assistant is Phyllis Ianni.

Serena Lefort
Executive Vice President, Finance Operations & Tax, Toronto
Serena Lefort

Serena is currently Executive Vice President, Finance Operations & Tax and, in that capacity, leads the finance and tax groups of both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity. She is also the Head of Tax for OMERS.

Serena came on board in 2012 as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer to oversee all aspects of the private equity finance function, including tax structuring and supporting the direct drive strategy. She is a former M&A Tax Partner at KPMG LLP, and was the Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian national pharmaceutical distributor, where she gained extensive hands-on strategic, operational and M&A experience.

Serena has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and holds the CPA and CA designations.

Arlette Edmunds
Vice President, Human Resources, Toronto
Arlette Edmunds

Arlette is Vice President, Human Resources with OMERS Private Markets and, in that capacity, she leads the Human Resources function for both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity across global offices in Toronto, New York, London and Sydney.

Prior to joining in 2013, Arlette was a successful entrepreneur, creating an online retailer of children’s clothing and accessories. Before that, Arlette spent more than 15 years in human resources in the financial industry, where she worked with management teams at TD Securities in capital markets, including leading the Employee Experience globally, at Merrill Lynch, working in wealth management, and consulting for Deloitte in Financial Advisory Services. 

Arlette studied business administration at Seneca College in Toronto, and has her post-diploma in Human Resources. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified Human Resources Leader.

Arlette's Executive Assistant is Cheryl Overholt.

 

Kelly Marshall
Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Toronto

Kelly is currently Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships with OMERS Private Markets. Having joined the team in November 2017, Kelly has enterprise accountability for driving the growth of OMERS strategic partnerships, including relationships within third party capital arrangements, and with co-investors and other finance partners. He is a deeply experienced global investor in infrastructure, private equity and real estate, across both emerging and developed economies.

Prior to OMERS, Kelly served as Managing Partner for Corporate Finance with Brookfield Asset Management.  During his 16 years there, he executed numerous equity, preferred equity, public debt and project debt transactions. Before this, he held positions with firms such as Citibank, Lone Star and Fortress Investment Group.

Kelly has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Paul Calder
Managing Director, Investment Risk Management, Toronto
Paul Calder

Paul currently serves as Managing Director, Investment Risk Management. In this role, he is responsible for providing direction and leadership to both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity in the ongoing development of a leading investment risk-management program to reduce volatility, actively manage portfolio and transaction-pursuit risk, and support the evolution of infrastructure investment strategies. Paul's asset management experience includes: Associated British Ports, DynaLIFE and Teranet.

Paul previously spent 10 years with Standard & Poor's in its infrastructure group, evaluating toll facilities, ports, airports, P3 projects, general transportation assets and public finance.

Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University. He is a CFA® charterholder, and he has also obtained his Chartered Director (C. Dir.) designation.

Michael Graham

Michael is currently the Senior Managing Director of OMERS Private Equity, North America and, in that capacity, leads the North American investment team. Michael has been with Private Equity since 2003, and he opened the New York office in 2009.

Michael is active with several investments for Private Equity and is, or has been, on the board of numerous investments, including Kenan Advantage Group,  Document Technologies Inc., Great Expressions Dental Centers, United States Infrastructure Corporation, Nordco Inc., CHG Healthcare, and Marketwired. Prior to Private Equity, Michael was with a mid-sized, Toronto-based private equity and venture capital firm, where he made several buyout and growth capital investments, and was active on 10 portfolio company boards. Michael began his career at HSBC.

Matt J Baird
Managing Director, Operations & Strategy, London

Matt is Managing Director, Operations & Strategy for OMERS Private Equity in Europe.

He works with the management teams leading OMERS portfolio companies to help them generate maximum value through the lifetime of the investment.

Matt brings over 20 years’ experience working with and supporting senior executives in PE-backed businesses to deliver results. Prior to joining OMERS Private Markets, he was a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement practice where his work included serving in interim CFO/COO roles in client businesses as well as advising management teams. Prior to this, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He started his career with Arthur Andersen.

Matt holds a Masters in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.

William J. Coughlin
Managing Director, New York

Bill joined OMERS Private Equity in 2014 and is currently focused on investments in the industrials and business services sectors.

Bill is, or has been, on the boards of several Private Equity investments, including Kenan Advantage Group and MMM Group. Prior to Private Equity, Bill was previously a Partner at Aurora Capital Group in Los Angeles, where he focused on investments in the industrials, technology and business services sectors. Bill began his career at Merrill Lynch, and has served on numerous corporate and not-for-profit boards.

Bill received a BA in Economics-Accounting (Honours) and Government from Claremont McKenna College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mark Dolfato

Mark is a Managing Director in the New York office of OMERS Private Equity, having joined shortly after the office opened in 2009. Mark is primarily focused on new investments in the industrial sector and he has been actively involved in Private Equity’s platform investments in United States Infrastructure Corporation, Great Expressions Dental Centers and National Veterinary Associates.  Mark has also been actively involved on the board of Husky Injection Molding Systems since 2016.

Mark has over 15 years of private equity experience, the majority of which was spent with Code Hennessy & Simmons, where he was involved with investments in the industrial and consumer sectors and served on the boards of The Hillman Companies, Otis Spunkmeyer, Precise Technology and Home Acres Building Supply.

Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric Haley

Eric joined OMERS Private Equity in 2011 and is currently focused on investments in the business services and healthcare-services sectors. His asset management responsibilities have included Document Technologies Inc. and Sysomos.

He was previously at Tailwind Capital, Boston Ventures Management and Morgan Stanley. Over the course of his career, Eric has served on several private company boards.

Michael Lank

Mike is currently Managing Director, Operations & Strategy and, in that role, he works with investment and management teams at both OMERS Private Equity and OMERS Infrastructure to assess new investments, and define and execute value creation priorities. Mike joined Private Equity in 2006 to build the Operations & Strategy team.

Mike supports the portfolios of both the Private Equity and Infrastructure platforms. With Private Equity, Mike has been actively engaged in a number of current and prior investments in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, including Marketwired, Sysomos, ERM, Give & Go, V. Group, Husky, USIC and Nordco. Before this, Mike led the VoIP business at TELUS, following a number of other strategy and operations roles. Before TELUS, Mike was with the Boston Consulting Group for nearly seven years, leading strategy and operational improvement engagements across industries and geographies. Mike started his career in a private equity boutique focused on investments in Mexico and the U.S.

Martin currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Head, Europe in the London office of OMERS Private Equity. His asset management responsibilities have included Private Equity's investments in Civica, Lifeways, V. Group and Vue Cinemas.

Martin previously worked at 3i plc, the FTSE100 global private equity, infrastructure and debt investor, where he was involved in majority and minority investments in the U.K., continental Europe and the U.S. 

Chantal Thibault

Chantal Thibault

As Managing Director, Legal, Chantal oversees the OMERS Private Equity legal team, and has broad and varied responsibilities for legal and compliance matters involving investments worldwide. Chantal has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and fund investments. Previously, Chantal was legal counsel with a Canadian private equity firm, and also practiced corporate and securities law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto. She joined Private Equity in April 2007.

Chantal holds an LL.L/LL.B from the University of Ottawa and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She was named in 2012 as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars Leading Lawyers under 40, and was a 2011 Finalist at the Canadian General Counsel Awards – Mid-Market Excellence.

Christopher Young

Christopher Young

Christopher is currently Managing Director, Operations & Strategy, at OMERS Private Equity. In this role, he works with investment and management teams to assess new investments, and define and execute value-creation priorities. Christopher has been with Private Equity since 2012.

Christopher works across the Private Equity portfolio, and has engaged closely with teams at DTI, Kenan Advantage Group, Golfsmith, CEDA, Logibec and others. Before joining the team, Christopher was with Bain & Company for more than 10 years, where he was a leader in both the Private Equity and Industrials practices. He started his career working internationally with Procter & Gamble.

Christopher has a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from Queen’s University, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Jonathan McCarthy

Jon is currently Managing Director, North America OMERS Private Equity, focused on healthcare services, as well as other multi-site service businesses.

Jon has been with Private Equity since 2007 and is, or has been, on the board of CBI Health Group, Accelerated Rehabilitation and Caliber Collision Centers. Prior to joining the team, Jon worked as a sell-side analyst covering U.S. healthcare.

Philip Mauchel

Philip Mauchel

Philip is currently a Managing Director of OMERS Private Equity, having joined the team in 2005. Philip provides leadership and support to the Private Equity investment teams in the organization and conduct of due diligence, with the primary of objective of achieving consistent best practice in deal execution. Philip is active with several investments, and has been on the boards of numerous investments, including Maxxam Analytics, Give & Go Prepared Foods, CEDA, Golfsmith and Vue Cinemas.

Before joining Private Equity, Philip was with a mid-sized, Toronto-based merchant bank, where he made private equity and mezzanine investments, arranged structured financings, and was active on numerous private and public company boards. 

Philip has an Honours B. Comm from Carleton University, and has an MBA from University of Toronto.

Jonathan Mussellwhite

Jonathan Mussellwhite

Jonathan is Managing Director and Co-Head, Europe in OMERS Private Equity's London office. He has been with the team since 2014.

Jonathan is responsible for origination and portfolio management across the European market for Private Equity, and recently led its investment in ERM. He is currently a non-Executive Director of ERM, and also responsible for Private Equity's investment in Hayfin. Before joining the team, Jonathan was a founding partner of Cognetas LLP, a pan-European private equity firm where, from 2009, he co-led their London office. Jonathan has been an investor in the European private equity market for over 21 years. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University, and is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

Tim Patterson

Tim Patterson

Tim joined OMERS Private Equity in February 2010, and has over 25 years of experience in the private equity, venture capital and commercial banking industries. He is currently a Director of Caliber Collision Centers and CBI Health Group, and is a previous Director of Constellation Software, Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, and Husky Injection Molding.

From 2003 to 2010, Tim was Managing Director and Head of the Toronto office of CAI Capital Partners, a North American mid-market private equity firm. Prior to CAI, he was Vice President at one of Canada’s largest venture capital funds. Tim began his career at TD Bank and National Bank of Canada, where he held senior positions in the mid-market commercial lending groups.

Tim has a BA in Economics from University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

Geoffrey Bird

Geoff is currently a Director in the New York office of OMERS Private Equity. Geoff has been with Private Equity since 2007, when he joined the Toronto office. He subsequently transferred to the New York office in 2010.

Geoff focuses on investments in the business services and healthcare services sectors. Graham Brown

Graham is a Director in the New York office of OMERS Private Equity, focused on investments in the industrial and multi-unit healthcare sectors. He joined the team in 2009.

Graham is currently on the Board of Great Expressions Dental Centers, and was previously on the Board of United States Infrastructure Corporation. Prior to this, Graham was with Peter J. Solomon Company, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings in the consumer and retail industries. He began his career in the investment banking group of Wachovia Securities.

David Dubrovsky

David is Director, Investment Risk Management, at OMERS Private Markets. He previously served as Director, Legal with the OMERS Infrastructure team. Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure in 2013, David worked at Shearman & Sterling in New York, where he specialized in energy and infrastructure transactions, as well as general M&A. David’s practice also included a focus on aviation and aerospace.  

David holds a joint Common and Civil Law degree from McGill University, and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, and the University of Western Sydney in Australia. David is called to the Bar in Ontario and New York.

Hami Ebrahimi

Hami Ebrahimi

Hami is currently Director, Operations & Strategy and works with investment and management teams at both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity to assess new investments, and define and execute value-creation priorities. Hami joined the Operations & Strategy group in 2010.

Hami has been involved in investment and post-acquisition value-creation activities with several assets, including Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, CBI Health Group, Caliber Collision Centers, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Logibec and MatrixCare. Previously, Hami was a Consultant at Bain & Company, focused on corporate strategy and business-operation improvements across various industries. Hami started his career as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

Hami has an Honours Bachelor of Science (Science & Business) from University of Waterloo, and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.

James Frankish

James Frankish

James joined OMERS Private Equity in August 2013, and, in his role as a Director, is a member of the asset management team for V. Group and Lifeways. James also worked on Private Equity's acquisition of ERM.

James previously spent eight years in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young in London and New York, providing M&A advice to private equity and corporate clients in the mid-market TMT sector, and advising lenders and management teams of distressed portfolio companies on restructuring and exit options.

Simon Jones

Simon joined OMERS Private Equity in 2010, and is a Director with the European team.

In addition to having worked on numerous Private Equity transactions, Simon is a board member of Vue Cinemas and an advisory committee member of Hayfin. Prior to his current role, Simon worked in the Corporate Finance team at PwC in London, advising on financial services, business services and private equity transactions.

Simon has a Bachelor of Science in International Business, with French, from the University of Warwick, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.

Teresa Lee

Teresa is currently a Director of OMERS Private Equity, North America, working out of the Toronto office. Teresa has been with the team since 2007.

Teresa is, or has been, involved with several investments for Private Equity, including Marketwired, Sysomos, Logibec, GolfTown and Nordco. Before joining Private Equity, Teresa was with KPMG Corporate Finance and was involved in acquisition, divestiture and financing mandates across various industry sectors. Melissa MacIntyre

Melissa MacIntyre

Melissa is currently a Director, Tax with OMERS Private Equity, and has been with the team since March 2014.

Melissa has extensive experience providing tax advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Private Equity, Melissa was at Deloitte LLP, where she was Senior Manager, M&A Tax, leading the tax due diligence and tax structuring elements of transactions. In the earlier part of her career, she worked in an investment role at Edgestone Capital Partners.

Melissa has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. She also has a Master of Taxation from University of Waterloo.

Cecilia Menghini

Cecilia Menghini

Cecilia is currently Director of Compliance and Ethics, dedicated to both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity. Cecilia joined OMERS Private Markets in 2015.

Prior to her present role, Cecilia was legal counsel at a global private markets investment manager, where she worked with the private equity, private debt and private infrastructure investment groups.

Cecilia began her career as a global securities associate in the New York offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.

Cecilia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cardozo School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. 

Charles Miller-Jones
Director, London

Charles is currently a Director in the London office of OMERS Private Equity, focusing on direct investments across Europe.

Charles previously spent 12 years at Cinven, where he was involved in a range of private equity transactions and investments including Smurfit Kappa, PizzaExpress, Gala Coral, CPA Global and Kurt Geiger. He started his career in investment banking at Lazard in London.

Charles has an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Isabelle Pagnotta

Isabelle Pagnotta

Isabelle is currently a Director of OMERS Private Equity, Europe, based in London. She has been with the team since 2012. Isabelle is part of the investment team focusing on direct investments in Europe. She has been involved in the execution and portfolio management of Civica, V.Group and ERM.

Prior to Private Equity, Isabelle spent four years at Bridgepoint, covering the U.K. and French markets, and then six years at Arcapita. She started her career in investment banking at Bear Stearns in London.

Isabelle holds a Diplôme de Grande Ecole, and a Masters in Finance from ESCP Europe.

Shelagh Paul
Director, Investment Communications, Toronto

Shelagh is the Director, Investment Communications at OMERS Private Markets, having joined the team in July 2017. In this role, Shelagh is responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external communications and media relations strategies related to the world-wide Private Markets investment program, across both the Infrastructure and Private Equity portfolios.

Prior to joining OMERS Private Markets, Shelagh worked for 21 years in the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry at both The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company and Travelers Canada. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications, and was accountable for leading, developing and executing marketing strategies, broker communications as well as internal communications initiatives for all facets of the corporate and business unit strategies. She also held roles in Operational Planning and Corporate Projects, Business Development and Business Performance, Sales and Marketing.

Shelagh completed a B.Sc., Environmental Science and Resource Management and a M.Sc., Urban Planning, both from the University of Toronto. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Marketing Communications from the Schulich School of Business.

David Payne

David Payne

Currently a Director with OMERS Private Equity, David joined the London office in 2009 to focus on direct investments in Europe. His asset management responsibilities have included: ERM, Lifeways, V.Group and Vue Cinemas.

Prior to Private Equity, David spent 14 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, operating in the U.K. and across Continental Europe, including five years based in the Netherlands.

David is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and French from Birmingham University.

Andrew Peel

Andrew Peel

In Andrew’s role as Director, Legal, he manages the legal aspects of new platform acquisitions, supports portfolio companies, and provides in-house legal support to OMERS Private Equity. 

Prior to joining Private Equity, Andrew was corporate counsel at OMERS Administration Corporation, and practiced corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and Borden Ladner Gervais in Toronto. Andrew has extensive experience in providing legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate finance.

Andrew Prodanyk

Andrew is Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity. He joined the team in 2011. 

Andrew is actively involved in the legal aspects of several of Private Equity’s investments. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and securities. Prior to joining Private Equity, Andrew practiced corporate law at Torys LLP in Toronto.

Michael Sexton

Mike currently serves as a Director with OMERS Private Equity. He joined the team in 2012, initially as an Associate Director. His asset management responsibilities have included Great Expressions Dental Centers and Kenan Advantage Group.

Mike previously was an Associate at Galen Partners, where he worked on private equity investments in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Galen, he was in the Investment Banking group at Piper Jaffray.

Mark Van Wart

Mark is currently a Director with OMERS Private Equity, having joined in 2008.

Alfred Chuang

Alfred Chuang

Alfred is currently Vice President, Investment Finance and is responsible for providing leadership for the finance activities of both OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Private Equity that are focused on financial operations, business planning and analytics. He also oversees transaction support, investment accounting and reporting, and the Netherlands platform. 

Alfred was previously with another Canadian pension plan, where he led teams in business management, investment structuring, operations and asset management support for private equity, infrastructure, funds and private debt portfolios. Prior to this, Alfred provided financial due diligence for private equity transactions and started his career at a Big Four accounting firm in tax, audit and advisory. Alfred has also served on several for-profit and charitable boards.

Alfred is a CPA, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Public Accountant (Colorado), and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Andre Alfaro
Associate Director, New York
Andre Alfaro

Andre is currently an Associate Director at OMERS Private Equity, working with the North America investment team to source, evaluate, and execute new platform investments. He is also active with several investments including Document Technologies Inc. and Kenan Advantage Group. Andre has been with the New York office since 2015.

Previously, Andre was with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised corporate clients on strategic initiatives, as well as private equity clients on commercial due diligence, both across a number of sectors. Before BCG, Andre was at Nautic Partners, where he worked on new investment opportunities across the business services, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors, and provided support to portfolio company management teams. Andre was also an analyst in the consumer/retail investment banking group at Goldman Sachs.

Andre has a Bachelors of Science with honours from NYU Stern School of Business, and an MBA from The Wharton School,  University of Pennsylvania

Steph Brady
Associate Director, Legal, Toronto

Steph is currently an Associate Director, Legal of OMERS Private Equity. Steph has been with the team since May 2015.

Previously, Steph practiced corporate law at Torys LLP in Toronto.

Steph obtained her BBA and LL.B from University of New Brunswick. 

Bryony Marshall

Bryony Marshall

Bryony is currently an Associate Director with OMERS Private Equity, having joined the London office in May 2012. Her asset management responsibilities have included Private Equity's investment in Vue Cinemas.

Bryony previously spent over four years in corporate finance at Hawkpoint in London, advising U.K. and European private equity and corporates on mid-market transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Bryony has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Business in Finance (Distinction) from University of Technology, Sydney.

James McGlynn

James McGlynn

Currently an Associate Director, James has been with OMERS Private Equity since 2009, and is active with several current investments, including MatrixCare Inc., Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., and CBI Health Group. He was previously active with Logibec Inc.

Prior to Private Equity, James was with RBC Capital Markets in M&A, and worked on transactions across various sectors, including industrials, energy, mining, and power and utilities.

James has a B.Comm. with Joint Honours in Economics and Finance from McGill University.

Nina Larsen
Associate Director, Operations & Strategy, Toronto
Nina Larsen

Nina is currently an Associate Director, working with investment and asset management teams at both OMERS Private Equity and OMERS Infrastructure to assess new investments, and define and execute value creation priorities. She joined Private Equity in early 2015.

Nina supports both the Private Equity and Infrastructure platforms, and has, to date, been involved with Caliber Collision Centers, LifeLabs, and Midland Cogeneration Venture. Prior to this, Nina spent eight years with Bain & Company in North America and Europe. During that time, she led projects in corporate strategy, performance improvement, sales-force effectiveness, due diligence and M&A, across several industry sectors, including consumer products and retail, transportation, energy and industrials. 

Nina has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, and an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France.

Ronan O’Keane

Ronan O'Keane

Ronan is currently an Associate Director with OMERS Private Equity, responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new platform investments, in addition to providing support to portfolio companies.
 
Since joining Private Equity in 2012, Ronan was a member of the deal team that completed the majority buyout of Caliber Collision, and has worked closely with Caliber’s management team on strategic initiatives. Ronan has also contributed to other new pursuits and asset management activities, including portfolio management of Forefront Dermatology and Constellation Software.
 
Prior to joining Private Equity, Ronan worked at RBC Capital Markets, in the investment banking group.
 
Ronan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Andrew Robinson

Andrew Robinson

Andrew is currently Manager of Compliance and Ethics, dedicated to both OMERS Infrastructure Europe Limited and OMERS Private Equity Europe Limited. Andrew joined OMERS Private Markets in 2016.

Prior to joining OMERS Private Markets, Andrew was the Compliance Officer for the London office of a global asset manager focusing on equity and multi-asset portfolios in emerging and frontier markets. Before that, Andrew was Compliance Manager for a global alternative asset manager across a range of asset classes in both developed and emerging markets including private equity, real estate, commodities and equities.

Andrew began his compliance career as a regulatory consultant with a leading global provider of regulatory compliance consulting services to the asset management and securities industry.  

Andrew holds a B.A. Hons from Nottingham Law School.
